So if you are going to drench you popcorn in calories and cholesterol levels before you eat it anyway - and who doesn't! - then why don't you start with a much healthier base and pop your popcorn in a hot air popcorn popper? You'll save some calories anyway, and some grams of cholesterol, and you will be beginning with a popcorn that just plain is more enjoyable before you even put all that other stuff on it. If you are likely to eat chocolate coated caramel popcorn you owe it to yourself to shed all the calories and cholesterol you can. Just keep the bottle of oil on the counter. Nobody has to know but you!
